Contemporary garden office using a SIPS kit, epdm roof and and grey stained vertical cladding. Having completed the pad foundations the studio was constructed in just 3 days (internal fit out to follow).

The building will not require planning as it accords with the permitted development technical guidelines and does not require building control approval as it is under 15m2.
